wow, that is awesome that you were able to get the furniture from the guy selling the house...soo lucky! We are living in good 'ol Ontario still. We are in an apartment, but have put in a million offers on houses. THe problem is that all the nice houses for a decent price also get a bunch of offers in on them. We have come in second sooo many times. We know the right one will come along sooner or later!

We bought almost all of it from the guy selling the house. It was way nice!
