I'm going to get caught up and stay caught up!! The 25th of January is when Sawyer turned 8 months. Sawyer is:
Crawling all over
Pulling himself up on everything, including standing up in his crib
Baby talking up a storm daily
Teething
Dancing
Eating baby food and real good. He Loves gnawing on carrots and eating little pieces of bread, pizza crust, bananas, sucking on cucumbers, and anything else he can get his hands on
He hates being put in the carseat, but once we are in the car he calms down and usually falls asleep
I still don't see much of him at church. It warms my heart to know how loved he is at church and how many people are willing to help us with him. A couple of Sundays ago he was especially loud. Lexi took him to to her Sunday school class because she said there were babies in there and no one would care. She brought him back to me when he has a messy diaper and then I went back to that class with her. He was WAY too loud so I left and went back into the hallway, where I was joined by 5 or 6 dads and a mom with their babies. We have A LOT of babies Sawyers age. We all just laughed at the fact that we all ended up in the hallway that day. Sawyer continued to scream and be fussy so I handed him off to the bishop and went to make him a bottle. Our bishop loves taking Sawyer. I was home sick one Sunday and bishop took Sawyer from Tyler and even did an interview with a family in our ward while holding Sawyer.
We have baby sat Cooper a few times this last month. It's fun to see Sawyer playing with his little (or not so little) friends.
He didn't love taking his pictures this month. He really should have been napping... oh well! He is so active and mobile that it's crazy. I don't get much time to just sit because he in never content playing with his toys. He likes to crawl through the kitchen and towards the stairs. It's really time for baby gates in the Craig household.
How could you not love this face?
We took Sawyer out into the snow. He didn't really care for it.
This is my favorite place for him to crawl. He's kind of stuck and will just play with the toys he can reach. It's awesome!!

7 Months
That was a month ago... my bad... We were on vacation and when we came home the comp broke, then I think it broke again... And I lost some of my pics, but oh well. Anyways! Sawyer turned 7 months on Christmas day. We were home, but had spent the priod 10 days in CA for Kens wedding and Christmas with the fam. It was cold this trip so we had to adjust him to sleeping in colder rooms then he's used to. He didn't sleep great at all, his naps were pretty terrible too. But he was still our sweet Sawyer and was good when we really needed him to be. We took him to a park for the first time and let him swing in a swin, it was darling.... I lost those pics :( He met Santa, opened Christmas presents, attended his first wedding, played with cousins, and ate a TON!
I can't remember much between whats he's doing now and what he was doing then, I'll try though. He can sit up and crawl. He's tons better with picking things up and putting them into his mouth. Still loving baby food. Loves playing with Toby. Smiles at just about anyone and still wont sleep through church.
Getting harder to take pics in this chair, but still sooooo cute! He turned 7 months on Christmas day.
We spend at least one day a week at Cassies house. It's one of two homes, other then ours, Sawyer will actually nap in. Somehow there aren't many pictures of Sawyer with Cass.
Thank goodness Lexi and Jordan had a baby the same time as us. They have this saucer with a mirror on it that Sawyer LOVES!
